Curt Anderson is a Director in the Energy, Sustainability and Infrastructure team supporting clients as they implement transformational programs. He brings over 20 years of consulting experience and leadership in program delivery, solving complex business and system problems for his clients while building strong relationships and trust. During his career Curt has led large Transmission and Distribution operational technology (OT) projects including ADMS vendor selection, requirements, and design, Workforce Mobility, EMS and GIS replacements, and situational awareness dashboards for major Electric utilities.
He is an expert in business and systems program management and analysis with a strong understanding of a diverse range of software practices, including software development, requirements creation, user acceptance criteria, change management and conflict resolution for successful software implementation. He uses his deep delivery experience to partner with clients to produce successful outcomes for both parties by building alignment across the team often with disparate interests. Prior to Guidehouse, Curt led smart grid energy and technology consulting projects for the Accenture, BRIDGE Energy Group, and Xcel Energy.
