Many of Barkett's projects have included process evaluation components that documented and assessed program delivery methods, identified barriers that prevent programs from achieving their goals, and developed specific and actionable recommendations for optimizing program performance.
Barkett has successfully led numerous projects during his tenure ranging from short-duration, targeted studies to multi-year, large-scale evaluations of energy efficiency program portfolios.
