Ann Beasley is a director in the Healthcare and Life Sciences Disputes, Regulatory, Compliance and Investigations practice. She has extensive experience in building, managing and optimizing corporate compliance programs in life sciences companies.
Beasley brings an understanding of the issues clients' face in implementing all the elements of an effective compliance program across global biotech, pharmaceutical, and device companies' international operations. This includes a deep understanding of anti-bribery and anti-corruption (domestic and international), conflicts of interest, and regulatory matters as they manifest in daily operations and which require practical risk management controls.
Beasley has also worked with executive management teams and Boards of Directors to ensure that governance and oversight obligations are fulfilled and outstanding issues are identified and addressed.

As a recognized leader in her profession, she has facilitated Healthcare compliance courses at INSEAD, Fountainbleu, France; co-chaired several Pharmaceutical Compliance Congresses (PCF); and, has served as a board member of ETHICS, an international professional society for healthcare compliance officers.
