Andreq Briggs brings over fourteen years of progressive, professional work experience in Federal program and project management, both for the Federal government and in management consulting services for federal civilian agencies. He has led multi-million-dollar, multi-year Program Management Office (PMO) engagements, including strong schedule, cost, risk, and change management components. He has extensive experience in leading project and change management engagements, as well as conducting enterprise organizational assessment/organization transformation efforts across federal agencies, and has led sizable project teams to achieve the client mission in fluid, evolving environments.
\He has spearheaded successful project delivery through strategic development and implementation of management plans, training and communication plans, IT system adoption approaches, risk management and mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement performance monitoring and execution. Andrew has experience leading large-scale enterprise programs, involving diverse and complex stakeholder networks, with a history of defining and delivering against success criteria on schedule and within budget.
Andrew currently holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification, a Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) certification, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; he is formerly a certified government Contract Officer’s Representative (COR).
