Laura Bryce has led Technology, Digital Transformation, Design, and Customer Experience projects for more than 20 years in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She currently leads the Digital and Emerging Technology practice for Guidehouse. With a background in IT strategy and design, Laura works with organizations and corporate leaders to develop and implement technology strategies and digital solutions that transform their organizations, modernize their technology platforms and enterprise architecture, improve service delivery, reduce costs, and drive higher customer satisfaction. She advises business leaders on how to optimize the use of digital platforms and emerging technologies to drive innovation in product design, application development, and service delivery. Laura helps clients design and execute comprehensive digital channel strategies via web, social, and mobile platforms.
As part of product or program design, Laura often helps clients understand market perceptions around their brand or product, develop or redesign their brand strategy, execute marketing campaigns, and measure results.
Laura leads Agile design and development projects and has extensive experience in customer research, ethnographic field study, human-centered design, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility testing, DevOps, and IT modernization.
Laura has worked with clients in North America, Europe, and Asia on technology and design projects in the areas of financial services, economic development, national defense, environmental conservation, transportation, immigration, healthcare, and retail.
