Lindy Burkhart is an associate director at Guidehouse who helps lead the Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber Solutions directorate provide the services and 4th Estate with strategies and solutions addressing their highest priorities of cyber resiliency. The DoD cyber solutions team supports Guidehouse to incorporate cyber solutions with all areas of technology, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, open source solutions, advanced analytics, enterprise risk management, and digital and emerging technologies. Guidehouse works to partner with clients to develop and sustain cyber resilience to mitigate cybersecurity risks against current and emerging threats. Lindy brings more than 36 years of experience, both as a uniformed Marine and a civilian, giving her both operational, deployed, austere, and enterprise perspective and experience. Most recently she served as Director of Cyberspace Activities Budget Oversight, guiding the DoD’s cyber investments and understanding of the return on those cyber risk and vulnerability mitigation investments.
