Danna Campbell is a director with the value transformation team and has more than 25 years of healthcare industry experience. Danna, an RN and CPA, has led numerous healthcare engagements for academic medical centers and large healthcare systems and is nationally recognized as an expert in the design, development and implementation of accountable care organizations (ACO), clinically integrated networks (CIN), physician alignment, clinical integration and care delivery models in all specialties and primary care. In addition, she has led several funds flow engagements for academic medical centers focused on helping her clients identify the correct allocation of funds among education, research and healthcare systems and strategize for future faculty plan and compensation structures.
Danna has deep clinical and operational expertise in oncology, orthopedic surgery, cardiovascular services and is nationally recognized for her work in pediatrics focused on care management and population health for both provider and plan. She has developed high-risk stratification models and developed care delivery models focused on decreasing costs and improving quality and access to care under risk and capitation managed care models.
As the former CEO of a large 22-location cardiology and cardiovascular surgery practice, CFO of large oncology physician group and founding partner of national consulting firm, Danna has experience in all aspects of physician and ambulatory operations. These include practice management, physician compensation, development of incentive and quality metrics, mergers and acquisition, revenue cycle and clinical integration.
