Hogene Chae is an associate director in the Guidehouse IT Strategy practice. Hogene brings more than a decade of experience across the civilian government, healthcare, and Department of Defense from the public sector, as well as financial services and energy industries from the private sector.
He has delivered numerous complex, large-scale, and cross-functional projects from initiation to deployment, including digital transformation, cloud migration, and system modernization. Hogene is an author of “Cloud Adoption Strategy for High Performance Computing,” and co-author of “Assessing blockchain applications for the public sector: Blockchain basics for government.” He was a speaker of Unblocking Blockchain Adoption—Unchain Your Company’s Brain! at Deliver: Agile 2018 Conference and Yale University. Hogene earned a bachelor’s degree in information management and technology from Syracuse University, and a master’s degree in health informatics from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
