Arthur Chiles is a director in the Public Sector practice focused on serving Department of Transportation clients across operating administrations. These include aviation, transit and the Office of the Secretary (OST).
To highlight recent experience, Arthur currently works with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) as a lead facilitator in cross-department strategic planning sessions, helping FTA and other Federal partners, such as Health and Human Services (HHS), drive to consensus on draft concepts for a congressionally-requested strategic plan. He has supported Coordinating Council on Access and Mobility (CCAM) work across Tribal, State Departments of Transportation (DOT), health care organizations, and industry groups to facilitate change according to CCAM strategic goals for underserved populations.
Arthur is a certified business process improvement professional, and has 15 years of combined program and project management experience including: facilitation, business process reengineering, strategic planning, human capital and change management, training, learning and development, visual communications (including 508 compliance standards, web usability metrics, graphic design; and traditional print publications development.
