Tongai Choto is a Director with Guidehouse, based in the New York office. He has extensive experience in business intelligence, data analysis and application development of enterprise risk management solutions.
Tongai was a technical lead on building a key Guidehouse case management tool that has been used on many projects. He has worked on several risk and compliance engagements including anti-money laundering look-backs, customer remediation, GAP analyses and custom entity screening projects. He has worked with many core banking systems to extract, process and analyze data. Tongai has used his domain knowledge to lead the development of a core Guidehouse business rules engine, developing and incorporating risk management scenarios.
Tongai formerly served as a Senior Manager in Daylight Forensic and Advisory’s Forensic Technology Practice, and prior to that with KPMG in their Forensic Technology Practice. Before his Big Four experience, he implemented high-performance, enterprise-level solutions for clients in the telecommunications and retail industries while working for Accenture, a Fortune Global 500 technology firm.
