Marguerite is a director in the Public Health sector, leading and implementing strategic advisory services. She is passionate about helping her clients with complex challenges and applies a unique scientific perspective to her work. Marguerite is skilled in blending organizational transformation, human capital, and change management practices to support client’s strategic priorities. She leverages Human Centered Design techniques to influence individual behavior and organizational culture, facilitating new ways of working, tracking and enabling key outcomes. Marguerite has supported the National Institutes of Health, the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Offices within the Department of Health and Human Services.
Before joining Guidehouse, Marguerite was a post-doctoral fellow at the National Institutes of Health performing research to investigate the genetic and neural systems that are compromised in alcohol dependence and post-traumatic stress disorder.
