He advises C-level and senior executives of US federal agencies and private sector companies on their data management maturity journey. to realize value from advanced analytics use cases like fraud analytics, law enforcement anomaly detection and text analytics for enterprise risk management.
Ranga has more than 30 years of consulting experience, spanning both public and private sector clients, including the US Internal Revenue Service, where he led the architectural evolution of a systemic fraud detection system to handle all tax return processing in near real time, resulting in return on investment of nearly 1800%. He supported the US president-appointed Performance Accountability Council as IT strategy lead on its project management office team, assigned to assess and respond to security clearance data breaches. In addition, he has led enterprise analytics, cloud migration and data management initiatives at the International Monetary Fund, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, US Coast Guard Intelligence, US Special Operations Command, and Federal Reserve Board, to name a few.
Ranga has an MS in computer science and is a Project Management Institute-certified Project Management Professional. He is also an Amazon Web Services Certified Cloud Practitioner and has completed the Analytics Edge certification from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
