Travis Duggan is a Associate Director in the Banking, Insurance & Capital Markets practice at Guidehouse. Travis has over a decade of experience leading complex projects in multiple industries. He has expertise in helping clients design, build, and execute enterprise-wide programs requiring multi-functional coordination. Travis’ has led merger and acquisition efforts such as supporting the design of a strategic integration plan to assisting in the development of a Human Resources department.
Prior to Guidehouse he started his banking career working in multiple capacities within finance at USAA Bank. Travis was the bank subject matter expert on an enterprise-wide project focused on building a new finance data architecture allowing improved data governance via automation and systems controls. Other initiatives Travis was involved in were the development of key assumptions used in a Dodd-Frank Act Stress Testing submission, strategic balance sheet analysis based on changing member demographics, consumer loan portfolio loss curve analysis, risk management reporting, and the development of a mortgage capacity pipeline and member satisfaction forecasting model.
Travis started his career in the U.S. Army leading and developing analysts focused on government intelligence activities. Travis was a trusted advisor to several senior leaders with regards to economic, political and intelligence analysis on national priority issues. Following his military career he obtained an MBA from the Smith School of Business, University of Maryland.
