Danielle Dyer is a partner in the Healthcare practice. She is leading the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) practice segment, which serves as a portal to Guidehouse's strategy and healthcare performance improvement practices. She has more than 20 years of experience dedicated to serving the needs of healthcare leaders as they strive to create strategic advantage, maximize operational performance, and execute to achieve superior results.
Her prior consulting experience includes work with large academic medical centers, multi-hospital systems, teaching and community hospitals, and other non-profit organizations. Her work has focused on the areas of strategic planning, system development and integration, performance improvement/process redesign, service line development, organization design, and leadership retreat facilitation.
After spending 13+ years at APM/CSC Healthcare where she was a Partner, she left to start her own firm, D2 Consulting, LLC, where she built a successful organization design, strategy and performance improvement practice over the most recent 10 years.
