Brian focuses on analytic-driven approaches to inform and quantify business strategies for payers and providers, primarily in strategic planning, growth, new and emerging business ventures partnerships or strategies, and “fork in the road” decisions. Brian also manages care/value-based care strategies. He is a national expert in assessing new business ventures and strategies, strategic planning and decision-making, geographic expansions for provider organizations and health plans, partnership formation, and he serves as the team’s resident expert in market assessments and strategies. He is a frequent industry thought leadership contributor and has completed his Master of Science in Health Systems Management at Rush University, where he also served as an adjunct professor. 

Brian is unique in that he works in both health plan and provider clients, allowing him to translate his technical expertise into strategy. Most recently, he has led several engagements to assess new business ventures and strategies, including: establishment of a provider-sponsored health plan, multiple geographic expansions for health plans and providers, provider ambulatory expansions, and enterprise partnerships.He is a frequent industry thought leadership contributor and has completed his Master of Science in Health Systems Management at Rush University. Brian has also served as an adjunct professor at Rush University and leads campus recruiting efforts for the Healthcare Strategy team.
