Sherlonda Goode-Jones is a partner, leading the Public Sector Financial Services practice at Guidehouse. Her consulting career embodies more than 22 years of experience in financial services, transportation and pharmaceuticals. Sherlonda is a recognized thought leader in operations consulting. Her domains of expertise include operations strategy and transformation, transactions and service operations.
In her current role, Sherlonda and her practice teams provide services to government agencies with federal credit programs or other mission or operating objectives that involve financial institutions, the capital markets and the companies that serve them as counterparties or regulated entities.
She also leads teams that provides advisory services to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as to other federal agencies involved in housing finance, financial stabilization and credit operations. She has helped to transform the service operations of some of the largest federal credit programs, while providing transaction services to billion dollar portfolios for housing and small business loans.
