Shannon Graham is a Director in Guidehouse’s Energy, Sustainability, and Infrastructure segment, where she is focused on helping clients decarbonize their organizations, reach net-zero goals, and accelerate their progress toward emissions reductions targets.
Based in the Netherlands, Shannon leads a team charged with reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across global operations and supply chains for European and Middle East corporates. She leads engineers, scientists, business professionals, economists, investors, and policy makers that have dedicated their careers to creating financially viable environmental solutions to enable large-scale, climate-friendly investment and growth. Her team is actively involved in developing key protocols, like science-based targets, and running global initiatives, like the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF).
Shannon is dedicated to working with people who want to build a legacy of positive environmental impact through responsible business and innovation for the next generation. She approaches decarbonization with a deep understanding of the energy industry, sustainability practices, and infrastructure investment, and she enjoys guiding clients through the journey of attaining board-level support for large-scale investments covering Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions reductions, then launching the initiatives, and identifying the investment vehicles and governance required to realize measurable, year-over-year emissions reductions.
Shannon brings more than 25 years of experience in clean energy, innovation, and sustainability, advising corporates, governments, energy providers, and investors. She has experience across multiple geographies, covering Europe, North America, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and Asia, and partnering with clients to design and implement new businesses, programs, and technologies for positive environmental impact.
