Shannon Graham is a director in the Energy, Sustainability, and Infrastructure segment and has has more than 20 years of energy industry consulting and related experience. Additionally, she has worked in more than 20 countries.
As a utility expert with Guidehouse for the past ten years, Shannon has worked with dozens of clients resulting in the deployment of new utility business models, new utility organizations, and new government programs. Specifically, she has focused on transformational aspects of the electricity industry, including the integration of distributed resources into the electric grid and into utility business models – especially as it pertains to utility diversification.
Shannon is based in Guidehouse's Dubai office which is also Guidehouse's regional Energy Hub for the Middle East and North Africa region. She leads the development of Guidehouse's strategy and operational excellence services for GCC clients and the wider region. Specifically, Guidehouse is supporting utility growth and integration of emerging technologies such as, demand response, energy efficiency, renewable energy and energy storage; understanding of Smart Grid potential; and addressing related consumer, regulatory and capital demands.
