Dominica Groom Williams is a partner and the Chief Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer. She oversees the firm’s employee experience, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and corporate social responsibility verticals. She is focused on enhancing our commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment that creates awareness, supports open exchanges of ideas, and encourages a highly collaborative culture.
Dominica has more than 15 years of experience driving innovation and leading global inclusion, diversity, change management, communications, and marketing programs. She most recently served as the Vice President, Office of Inclusive Engagement at Freddie Mac where she led the company’s diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and community engagement verticals. Prior, she served as Senior Director, Global Supplier Diversity and Sustainability at Marriott International.
Dominica was named one of Black Enterprises “Top Executives in Corporate Diversity,” recognized as one of the “Top 100 Women” in the state of Maryland by The Daily Record, and as one of Maryland’s top "Leading Women" under the age of 40. She was also named a "Top Influential Leader in Diversity" by the National Association for Minority Companies, a “Rising Star” by HousingWire Magazine and a “Woman Worth Watching” by the Profiles in Diversity Journal. Dominica is currently a member of The Executive Leadership Council.
