Greg Hafer leads Guidehouse’s Military Health System (MHS) account team, where he has directed support across key transformation initiatives, including the ongoing consolidation of responsibility within the Defense Health Agency (DHA), the maturation of MHS Governance, and the development of a more integrated healthcare system. Additionally, he has directed work supporting financial management, business process improvement, IT project management and human capital management challenges.
Beyond the MHS, Greg has provided management and business consulting services to clients across the Federal Government and the Private Sector for more than 15 years. He managed the delivery of complex interagency strategy and project management support to Department of State clients in Washington, DC and at U.S. Embassies in Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Afghanistan. He led the development of multiple business case and cost-benefit analyses for Department of Defense, State, and Homeland Security clients. Greg has also provided predictive analytics support to private sector utility industry clients focused on improving operational and financial productivity through acquisitions and the design of purchased power portfolios.
Greg served for five years as an artillery officer in the United States Army.
