Prior to joining Guidehouse, Phil was an Azure Cloud Executive in Microsoft Federal helping DoD customers migrate mission workloads to the cloud. Phil was also prior VP of Business Development at SAIC focused on driving growth for DoD, NRO and 4th Estate Customers
