Steve is a long-time aerospace and defense professional with over 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing and maintenance of high-value and complex assets for both commercial and government use. He has held leadership roles in designing and building the latest integrated business solutions and processes for complex manufacturing and aftermarket/sustainment operations.

Steve has published a series of books on maintenance best practices and maintains the highest level SAP certifications for aftermarket/sustainment. Steve is a trusted advisor to the business leadership in several A&D companies and the DoD services to review their Aftermarket/Sustainment strategy focusing on improving their return on enterprise solutions investments and operational efficiency. He also works closely with SAP as one of the key industry advisors to their aerospace and defense solutions team for SAP’s manufacturing and MRO solutions and the deployment of new technology.

Prior to coming to Guidehouse, SAP Solution Director for the world’s premier Business Jet Manufacturer with primary responsibility for the design and delivery of the SAP capabilities required for the future successful growth of the company. Led cross functional teams for two major implementation project cycles (manufacturing and MRO) to develop a capabilities roadmap and was overall owner of all aspects of the SAP solution including project planning and execution. The solution covered full scope ERP capabilities. He built the client’s global SAP Centre Of Excellence, defining all of the implementation and sustaining processes and procedures including hiring consultants to solution and data governance, covering all business areas and SAP modules.

Steve is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and a Desert Storm veteran and maintains several certifications in SAP modules. Program Management, and Lean Six Sigma.
