James Hickman is a director with experience leading large transformational initiatives and implementing the latest emerging technology to maximize organizational resources. He helps large organizations manage complex change and implement intelligent automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and practical applications of machine learning and artificial intelligence. James also has extensive experience with multi-billion dollar commercial and government payment systems, mobile payments, ePayables and corporate purchase, travel, and fleet card programs. He previously worked at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and the US Bureau of Economic Analysis.
James is recognized for helping senior executives manage investments in new technology, reducing risk, and managing change. He frequently speaks at conferences on the topic of intelligent automation and has been published in multiple peer reviewed journals including the Journal of Business Economics and the AGA Journal of Government Financial Management.
