David is a director in our Public Health Sector and Guidehouse’s People and Organization (P&O) Capability Leader for Atlanta. He has more than 28 years of experience in organizational strategy and change management within the federal, state, local, and commercial market sectors. David has led initiatives to stand-up national level transformations for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Department of Homeland Security, (DHS), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), U.S. European Command (EUCOM), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and several other public sector agencies. Over the course of his career, David has received over 20 industry awards for his leadership in strategic planning and change management.
Prior to joining Guidehouse, David spent 15 years at Booz Allen Hamilton as a transformation leader, helping grow its organizational change management and strategic communications business.
