Lee Ann Hoover is a partner within the Business Development team. She leads the execution of Guidehouse's go-to-market strategy for the financial services industry and works across the firm bringing the service lines of financial risk management, financial services management consulting, and financial crimes to address critical risk management, regulatory compliance, and operations and technology issues for clients. She advises clients in the banking, investment management, and insurance sectors of financial services.
Lee Ann has more than 25 years of consulting and engagement delivery to clients with transformation initiatives related to information technology, business process management, technology strategy, and business operations. Related to mortgage banking, she has been involved in key mortgage banking clients in a variety of capacities, such as fair lending compliance assessments, as well as addressing customer complaint handling remediation.
In 2013, Lee Ann appeared in a webinar co-hosted with Ballard Spahr on the subject of CFPB guidelines/fair lending compliance for student loans. She has also appeared on panels at multiple law firms on the subject of data privacy. She has been published in industry publications such as Bank Systems Technology, Bank Marketing Consultant, Insurance & Technology and Insurance Networking News.
Lee Ann was selected to the University of Illinois, College of Business, Dean's Business Council.
Prior to joining Guidehouse in 2004, Lee Ann was a director in a major financial services firm, a group vice president in a technology company, and spent 14 years with Big 4 consulting firms.
