Mike Hoskin is a director in the Defense sector with mission focus on the Army portfolio.
Prior to his arrival at Guidehouse, BG Mike Hoskin was the Director of Contracting at the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). He supported 33,000 civilian and 700 military USACE personnel around the world. He was personally involved in FEMA disaster relief around the USA and Homeland Security Operations along our SW Boarder. Other responsibilities include all contracts for Military Programs, Civil Works, Real Estate, and Research and Development.
Prior to his arrival at Headquarters USACE, General Hoskin was the Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Procurement (DASA(P)). In this capacity, Mike was the Senior Contracting Official of the Army. He was also dual hatted as a Commissioner of the Senate 809 Acquisition Reform Panel from 2017-2019. He served as the Commanding General of the Expeditionary Contracting Command, Huntsville, AL.
