Dieter has more than 25 years of professional experience within the European utilities industry. He has held partner and senior management consulting roles within Capgemini, IBM GBS and Logica. Currently, he is focused on C-level engagements for energy transition, digital and business transformation, market entry strategies and classical PMO in Germany and Europe.
Dieter concentrates on covering the need for change within the utilities distribution system operator segment. In this role of the utility value chain the core of the energy transition is happening. Additionally, he is focused on defining solutions on digital transformation readiness, large scale integration of E-Mobility offerings and Infrastructures or the identification and development of new business areas.
