Dan Kelley is a director in the Defense practice and is focused on leading economic analysis of weapon system acquisition, real property and infrastructure delivery and sustainment. He has more than 25 years of experience in military operations and Department of Defense system acquisition support.
Dan served on active and reserve duty in the Navy and is a retired Captain. His expertise is in financial analysis, life cycle cost estimating and risk management of systems acquisition. Dan led and supported numerous detailed business case analyses, anlaysis of alternatives, and cost benefit analyses for major Defense system acquisition programs. In addition to weapon system acquisition analyses, Dan is well versed in real property and base operating support service analysis. He led Public-Private Venture (PPV) analyses and applied economic analyses to Joint Basing and Regionalization initiatives.
