Izabela is an Associate Director in Guidehouse’s Energy practice with more than 21 years’ experience navigating change in energy, utilities and research. Her strengths include renewable energy technology, energy R&D, strategy development, power systems and power markets design, RES integration into power systems, market- and business development and business management.
Izabela’s clients include energy companies, investors, the European Commission and other international institutions (IREANA, IEA), European-, Asian- and North American governments as well as NGOs and think tanks. She has particular experience in developing the offshore wind sector and offshore wind grid infrastructure as well as power market design for full integration of renewable energy and faster Energy Transition. Izabela has substantial stakeholder management experience.
