Brett Kramer is a Director with over 12 years of experience performing independent audits and internal assessments of information technology (IT) controls in connection with laws, regulations, and policies in both government and commercial sectors. His independent audit experience has been focused on IT aspects of Federal Financial Statement Audits, and his internal assessment experience has been focused on IT aspects of OMB Circular A-123 assessments.
Serving clients across the federal government as well as some commercial organizations, he has also assisted many to remediate issues with IT security and controls for compliance with governmental regulations including Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-53, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-123, and many other compliance requirements, guidance, and standards.
