Michelle is a trusted advisor with more than 20 years of experience working with clients to solve big problems in order to provide value and make a positive impact on society. Her current role with the Guidehouse Healthcare practice is focused on working with CMS to achieve some of their goals including providing quality healthcare by fostering innovation, putting patients over paperwork and improving beneficiary outcomes. Michelle serves her clients in a variety of capacities including internal audit, project management, risk management, process improvement, systems implementations and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Guidehouse, Michelle was a director at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the commercial practice where she worked with a variety of industries specializing in professional services organizations including many Government Contractors. Michelle helped these clients in a variety of capacities including standing up and executing risk based internal audit programs, identifying/leading projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, conducting risk management assessments, providing strategic suggestions for process improvement, evaluating/assisting systems implementations and determining compliance with regulatory requirements.
