Erik Larson is a director in the Energy practice – Emerging Technology & Business Strategy group. He has advised some of the world’s largest energy companies and utilities, mid-sized generation and distribution companies, and energy start-ups. He provides valuable support to both regulated and unregulated business segments across the energy value chain, focused on corporate and business unit strategic development and performance improvement, capital investment strategy/valuation, portfolio optimization, asset management, and regulatory analysis.
Previously, Erik worked for the Audit & Enterprise Risk group of Deloitte & Touché assisting clients with process development, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, financial and investment management, and corporate reporting.
