Nadine is a Director in the Guidehouse Health Sector focusing on project management and performing reviews and assessments for the Federal Government. She has 10 years of experience providing support to federal healthcare clients, notably the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Nadine has supported CMS through several legislative mandates including Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA), Affordable Care Act (ACA), and Medicare Modernization Act (MMA).

Nadine’s focus within government healthcare includes regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, performance management, and strategy on policy implementation. Nadine previously served as the Project Manager for a large scale change initiative, working with many stakeholder groups for the implementation of new Medicare cards for over 60 million beneficiaries. 

Before joining Guidehouse, Nadine was a Manager at PwC within the public healthcare sector supporting the development of a start-up risk tool to help new service delivery models identify potential risks. Nadine also oversaw the completion of compliance and performance audits for 23 start-up insurance entities.
