Robyn Link is a director within the Energy, Sustainability and Infrastructure segment where she leads the commercial & industrial solutions consulting group. She brings more than 17 years of experience successfully driving, accelerating and delivering organic growth for both established and early stage businesses within the energy sector. Robyn has partnered with 80+ utility companies (IOUs, Co-ops, and Municipals) in North America to create and deliver new, transformational load management and customer engagement solutions that drive results and resolve significant business challenges for utilities.
Robyn is a hands-on and collaborative leader experienced in bringing together multi-disciplinary teams and providing the infrastructure, repeatable processes and methodologies to transform concepts into tangible and innovative solutions. She has expertise in program and project management, solution development and delivery for demand response, energy efficiency, distributed energy resources, customer engagement, analytics, grid technologies, marketing, and customer care utility initiatives.
Prior to Guidehouse, Robyn most recently led ICF’s demand response offering and supported various customer analytics and energy efficiency client engagements. She also provided regulatory support to New York State’s utilities as part of the Reforming the Energy Vision (REV) initiative. Prior to ICF, she worked at Aclara where she led account management efforts and directed the successful customer engagement implementations of the Aclara enterprise software solution (SaaS) at some of the largest investor-owned utilities.
