Adam has 12 years of experience leading project teams that implement innovative behavioral change management, strategic communications, training, organizational transformation, and strategy solutions. Adam leads Resilience research and analysis across Guidehouse’s National Security Segment to help public sector clients better understand the citizen-customer mind states and how to design interventions that will lead to awareness and action using tailored behavioral science techniques and methods. For eight years, Adam has been leading project teams across DHS, including FEMA/FIMA, USCIS, and TSA, that advance individual preparedness and community resilience. Adam holds a Master of Arts in Organizational and Corporate Communications from Emerson College and a Professional Coaching Certificate from Duquesne University. Adam leverages his experience, education, and passion for developing people to harness his team’s strengths to tackle clients’ complex challenges.
