Vinay is a Partner at Guidehouse providing senior leadership for Cloud adoption and Digital modernization efforts across multiple growth and innovation initiatives, customer programs, practice areas and industry partnerships. He brings more than years of overall IT and engineering leadership and portfolio/program Management in Cloud Computing, Software development, Infrastructure Optimization, Data Analytics and DevSecOps adoption contracts across public sector.

Prior to Guidehouse, Vinay has been the CTO for Dovel Technologies (acquired by Guidehouse in 2021) and AceInfo Solutions (acquired by Dovel in 2019), where he led the technology practice and founded its Centers of Excellence. He was instrumental in incubating emerging technologies and building innovative platforms, accelerators and solutions as well as advancing the technology partnerships with AWS, Microsoft/Azure, Red Hat, Google, Salesforce and Appian for excellence and growth of these companies.

Vinay has a Master’s in Information Technology and Bachelor’s in Engineering. He is PMP and ITIL certified and holds Certified Scrum Master/Professional, Google Cloud Digital Leader and AWS Solutions Architect certifications. He is a member of the Advisory Board for College of Engineering and Computing at George Mason University. Vinay lives in Virginia and enjoys spending his spare time with his family and mentoring young talent and tech startups.
