Karen Maoz is an Associate Director in Guidehouse’s Energy practice. She has more than 15 years of experience specializing in energy analysis, project management, program implementation and evaluation, and quantitative research. Specific activities included research on the next generation of energy efficiency programs, overseeing development engineering calculation tools, identify and disseminating implementation best practices, cost-effectiveness analysis/assessment on measure, program, and portfolio level, annual program planning and forecasting, EM&V risk mitigation (QA/QC), engineering knowledge management, identifying engineering review best practices, and default energy savings (technical resource manuals).
