Elisa Marmol is a recognized business leader and change agent with over 30 years of leading-edge experience in the public and private sector. She is known for designing and implementing human capital and workforce planning solutions, culture change initiatives, as well as performance improvement and organizational design efforts to drive measurable results for her clients. Elisa has extensive experience in strategic planning, implementation, learning transformation, organization and workforce transformation, business model design, business process improvement and redesign, and program design and implementation. In addition, she has expertise in the Future of Work and the intersection of people and technology.
Elisa received her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida and her B.A. in Economics from the New College of Florida. She has authored several papers on the Future of Work and Workforce Planning.
