Peggy Sue has extensive knowledge of Contract/Procurement Mgt. for the Federal Government, overseeing Guidehouse’s largest BPA & IDIQ vehicles and collectively managing multiple, concurrent Task Orders with numerous modifications and subcontractors. She brings 20 years of Program/Project Management knowledge, specifically in designing and standing up PMOs the last 13 years.

Prior to joining Guidehouse Peggy Sue served as Project Manager for international call center launches and patent software development. At Guidehouse, her work at VA’s Acquisition Academy included the design of training programs and curriculum for VA’s Contracting & Project Management Professionals. Currently, as PMO Director, Peggy Sue has in depth expertise in Integrated Master Schedules, Risk Management, Reporting, Internal Communications, Resource Mgt, WBS/Scope Mgt/Level of Effort analysis & PMO Processes to manage large implementation teams of over 100 resources & multiple vendors.
