Rob Moss is a Director in Guidehouse's Healthcare practice. He has over 20 years sales and marketing leadership experience in the healthcare industry, with specialization in cardiovascular products and services; including 17 years with Siemens Healthcare. Rob is experienced in business operations, strategic planning, business development, marketing and managing large distribution and service organizations. With over 18 years of leadership experience, Rob has demonstrated innovative approaches to business growth, strategy, and operational excellence by aligning people, process and products focused on developing new and existing business segments. Over the past seven years, Rob has developed an extensive knowledge of business models including joint ventures and physician-hospital integration and alignment.
Prior to joining Guidehouse, Rob was Executive VP and Shareholder at Paragon Health, where he developed company and divisional strategic plans and go to market strategy. In addition, he established and managed key industry relationships with national associations while building editorial and advertising relationships with publications such as hfm/HFMA, Modern Healthcare, H&HN, Becker, Health Leaders, and Cardiovascular Business for publication and public realations. Rob also vetted potential acquisition targets and led the firm’s research and development efforts. Prior to his role at Paragon, Rob served in leadership positions at Eleven Peaks Consulting, Cassling, Partners Imaging and Siemens Healthcare.
