Nong takes a stakeholder-centric approach to helping clients execute their missions and achieve their strategic priorities. He focuses on delivering impactful consulting service to Commercial, Public Sector, State and Local clients by bringing to bear different Guidehouse’s capabilities in a well-integrated fashion. Nong leads the Executive Cybersecurity Support solution whose core capabilities include helping clients protect their organization’s critical or high value assets against evolving cyber threats.
   
Nong has a strong background and experience in the Federal Government. Prior to Guidehouse, he managed all types of large, sole-source and competitive acquisitions for an agency throughout the different phases of the procurement process from pre-solicitation, negotiation, to contract performance. He planned and led the research effort that explored the consequences of terrorism and natural disasters on the U.S. economy at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He also provided strategic support to United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) on agency-wide and cross-Directorate challenges and priorities.
