Eugene brings over 16 years of experience that spans Commercial, National Security and Aerospace/Defense sectors. He leads the cybersecurity strategy and enterprise architecture group at Guidehouse, he also leads multiple cybersecurity delivery teams supporting commercial Financial Services (FS), National Security Segment (NSS) and International Financial Institutions (IFIs).
Prior to joining Guidehouse (then PwC) he was a principal cybersecurity engineer at Raytheon supporting the NASA Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS). In this position he was responsible for all Common Ground System (CGS) sustainment security engineering efforts for the JPSS Block 1 Satellite while also designing and developing JPSS Block 2 Satellite security capabilities. Prior to joining the JPSS team, he served in a cybersecurity lead capacity at the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General, managing a team of cyber professionals charged with improving the security posture of the OIG. Prior to working at DHHS OIG Eugene worked in various DoD organizations as an Information Assurance Manager and Senior Security Analyst where he worked on both CLASS/UNCLASS programs.
