Joseph (Joey) Pahira is a transformational leader and resilient change agent. As a director within the Health sector he supports engagements at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Joey has experience ranging from program management to system integration, business process improvement, and change management transformations. He also has extensive experience in federal acquisitions and was a previous senior acquisition official for the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI) Division of Intramural Research (DIR) at NIH. He served as the senior authority interpreting and advising DIR staff on applicable laws and regulations governing federal contracts.
