Megan Philbin is a director in the National Security segment. She has more than 13 years of experience leading and delivering engagements for multi-laterals, nonprofits, U.S. Federal Government agencies, and other public / private sector organizations. Megan specializes in the areas of strategic planning, program design, performance management, organizational assessments, performance improvement, program evaluations, and data analysis and visualization.
She has led numerous projects for the Department of Defense and Department of State focused on issues such as military health, women’s economic empowerment, and security, in addition to cross cutting issues of improving the dissemination, use and production of gender statistics. She was instrumental in supporting the development of a healthcare program evaluation capability for the Department of Defense and also led the implementation of a performance management system for one of the U.S. Army’s major healthcare regions. Megan currently leads a portfolio of projects across the State Department to support global programs for women’s issues, counter terrorism, environmental concerns, education and cultural exchanges, and governance.
