Tracey Pratt is a partner and leader in the National Security practice. She has more than twenty years of experience serving both the public and private sector with expertise in strategy development and execution, business transformation, change management, benchmarking and performance management.
Tracey joined the company in 2008 to assist in building the intelligence community (IC) practice focusing on strategy development and execution to support the IC mission. Tracey currently serves as a subject matter expert in strategy design and execution for our intelligence community practice. She has experience supporting agency level directors with strategy development and transformation, including assisting with the strategic transformation and implementation of one IC agency’s ten year strategy, receiving the Director’s Award for her contribution to their success.
Tracey is committed to promoting women in leadership by serving on the Working Mother’s Media planning board for their Annual Women in National Security Careers Summit.
