Ana Recio Reyes is a director in Guidehouse’s Military Health Sector (MHS) Account team. She has extensive experience delivering program management solutions to Health Affairs (HA), the Defense Health Agency (DHA), and the Military Departments. Ana has a broad range of strategy, organizational transformation, change management, strategic communications, risk reduction, and business process improvement experience with public sector and commercial clients. Over the past few years, Ana has been focused on bringing this experience to support the MHS’s transformation activities, including the implementation of the NDAA, the transition of Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) to the DHA, and the roll-out of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, MHS GENESIS.
Ana is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), has a master’s in business administration (MBA) from Darden, University of Virginia, and a bachelor of science in management from Tulane University. Prior to joining Guidehouse, Ana worked in risk management at EY and Aon Risk Services.
Throughout Ana’s career, she has been passionate about diversity and inclusion (D&I) efforts and was instrumental in standing up the Latino Inclusion Network at PwC. While pursing her undergrad and MBA degrees, she led Darden’s and Tulane’s Hispanic Student Associations. She currently serves as a co-chair of LatinX D&I network at Guidehouse.
