H. Christine Richards is a senior research analyst contributing to Guidehouse Insights’ custom research offerings. Her work focuses on the evolving Energy Cloud and its impact on North American utilities. As a utility industry analyst for well over a decade, Richards initially covered the emerging smart grid scene, followed by the broader digitization, decentralization, and decarbonization of critical infrastructure.
Previously, Richards served as research director for Cleantech Research Company Zpryme. She has also worked at Energy Central, a leading North American information services provider for the utility industry. Additional positions include research director for the Utility Analytics Institute, vice president of the Intelligent Utility division, and founding editor-in-chief of Intelligent Utility magazine.
