Amy Riedesel is an associate director in the Health practice. She specializes in aging and disability services, long term services and supports (LTSS), health policy, person centered planning, and assistive technology. Riedesel works with state leaders to strengthen inclusive community living design for older adults and people with disabilities, developing clinical and performance data metrics, risk management, and shifting system focus to comply with Medicaid final rule.

Prior to Guidehouse, Riedesel served in state government leadership positions where she was responsible for a wide range of home- and community-based services (HCBS) for vulnerable populations, including the administration of Older Americans Act, Medicaid 1915c waiver programs, Medicaid State Plan, and federal grant funded programs.
