Don is a director in Guidehouse Health. He is passionate about building customer relationships using empathy, co-creating strategy, managing risk, and iterating for continuous process improvement.
He has over 18 years of consulting experience and spent the past 7 years focused on the Centers for Medicaid & Medicaid Services (CMS), helping many of the Centers and Offices. Throughout his career, he has served a variety of federal entities, including the General Services Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Department of Treasury, and the U.S. Department of Education. Don is a board member of a non-profit organization called the Anne Arundel County Watershed Stewards Academy, who trains and mobilizes community leaders in Maryland to drive change for sustainable landscapes and clean waters.
Prior to joining Guidehouse, Don was a director at PwC and worked in the Federal Government for the General Services Administration, Office of Inspector General.
