Rodney is a partner working in the area of national security, particularly on intelligence, homeland security and defense issues, and leads our open source solution, including supply chain risk management and social media research and analysis. He works across the national security spectrum on open source, mission execution, strategic planning and business process improvement primarily related to the Intelligence Community, U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Department of Justice, Department of Treasury and other departments and agencies partnering with them.
Before joining Guidehouse, Rodney was a consultant with PwC’s public sector. Prior to that, he served a full career in the U.S. government, including as chief of station in the Middle East, CIA chief of staff under two directors, senior director and special assistant to the President at the White House and assistant commissioner at U.S. Customs and Border Protection. He helped stand up the National Counterterrorism Center and began his career as a presidential management intern and an analyst.
