Craig Stauffer is a director and strategic leader within Guidehouse’s National Security segment. He has more than 15 years of consulting experience supporting clients with strategy through execution. He brings deep experience in project management, business process reengineering, human capital, and change management. Before joining Guidehouse, Craig spent 13 years at PwC where he supported a variety of clients in the planning and execution of key initiatives.
Craig’s current role is to lead and oversee the delivery of organizational and process transformation initiatives to help client’s boost productivity and employee engagement, increase efficiencies, and address strategic priorities.
